Is Leica DISTO™ certified for explosion protected areas?
No. Leica Geosystems does not offer any Leica DISTO™ instruments which are according the standards for explosion protection. We therefore have to advice that Leica DISTO™ instruments may not be used in dangerous environment which require special Ex-proof instruments.
