With Leica Virtual Wrench™ you don’t have to wait or be frustrated! Simply connect to the Leica Virtual Wrench™ system through your console by pressing the 3 button twice and a service technician will call you back and help you make any necessary ad-justments.
In the office With your permission, our technicians can view and adjust settings, look at your field terrain and base station location, install software upgrades and, ultimately, diagnose and repair 90% of problems. If the problem can’t be fixed virtually, we can swap units to keep you working while we repair your system, depending on the service contract you have purchased.
