HxGN LIVE conference 2013!

HxGN LIVE promises an exciting line-up filled with informative sessions, must-see technologies, exclusive keynotes and unlimited networking.

Registration is now open for "HxGN LIVE", Hexagon’s international conference, 3-6 June 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA! It’s a different name, but the same great conference – and an experience you don’t want to miss. Featuring Leica Geosystems, Intergraph®, and Hexagon Metrology, HxGN LIVE promises an exciting line-up filled with informative sessions, must-see technologies, exclusive keynotes, unlimited networking, and more.

The Geosystems track at HxGN LIVE will enable attendees to learn about a wide range of spatial information applications, solutions and benefits, technologies for collecting and sharing it and the latest trends in surveying, laser scanning, mapping and positioning for government and industry. The focus of the track is Leica Geosystems and its partner brands. It will feature approximately 100 presentations, over a dozen expert-led training classes, plus special networking opportunities. In 2012, this track alone drew more than 700 registrants, 50% of which were from outside the US. The Geosystems track is conveniently organized into three sub-tracks. Conference registrants are free to attend any conference sessions.

3D Laser Scanning/High-Definition Surveying (HDS)
As part of the popular and highly reviewed 3D Laser Scanning/High-Definition Surveying (HDS) sub-track, you will learn about the latest trends, applications, field and office workflows, hardware and software solutions, and business approaches for this fast growing as-built and mapping technology. Focus areas include Civil/Infrastructure, Buildings/BIM, Plant & Marine – including new integrated solutions with Intergraph products, Forensics, Heritage & Archaeology applications and more. Special opportunities will facilitate networking among HDS users; other Geosystems track participants, and fellow conference attendees. Geospatial Solutions
Gain deeper insights into the most versatile portfolio of fully integrated airborne imaging and LiDAR solutions, and discuss with users and experts the latest developments and market trends in the Geospatial Solutions sub-track. An additional focus will be on innovative applications in Aerial Photogrammetric Mapping, High Density Surface Acquisition, Remote Sensing of the Environment, Disaster Risk Management and Rapid Response Mapping.

Surveying, Infrastructure, Construction and Mining
This comprehensive sub-track will provide a programme for users of a wide range of Leica Geosystems’ surveying, engineering, monitoring and GIS  technologies and their clients. Learn from Leica Geosystems customers and product experts how the latest advances in GPS/GNSS positioning, total stations and imaging technology, Reference Station Networks and real-time data processing are benefiting applications such as Monitoring, Boundary & Topographic Surveying, Engineering Surveying, Tunneling, BIM, GIS, and Mining. Special networking opportunities will enable attendees to meet other Geosystems track registrants and conference attendees.
