Maintenance and recertification for Laser Trackers can be conducted either at a Leica Geosystems Laser Tracker Service Centre or on site, depending on the environmental conditions regarding temperature and mechanical stability of the floor.
The price of the Gold Contract depends on the system’s age and number of contracts years ordered.
Stand-by System Option
A Stand-by System covers all eventualities and guaranties maximum uptime. A Leica Geosystems Laser Tracker is available whilst your instrument is being repaired or under maintenance. The system consists of the Sensor, LT Controller and cables and is available within 48 hours of fault diagnoses or when requested prior to scheduled maintenance or re-certification, excluding time for shipment and at customs. Coverage: Per Gold Contract, one Stand-by System is available. Stand-by System Options are only available in combination with Gold Contracts.
On site Services
On-site service work is charged at a flat rate. This includes travelling hours as well as travelling expenses and is only applicable for EU-countries.
