Setup Leica SmartPole:
 | No longer is there a requirement to first measure the orientation points and then measure details points. With SmartPole simply begin the survey. If a point can be measured with both GPS and TPS, then this point can be used as an On-the-Fly control point. Choose control points that deliver the best geometric distribution whilst simultaneously completing the survey.
Setup flexibility
The location of control points often restricts where the TPS can be placed. With SmartPole, the most convenient location can be chosen for the total station. Traversing is no longer required, each TPS set up can be conducted independently with new coordinates and orientation being determined with SmartPole GPS. Benefit from maximum flexibility and hence productivity. |
